Guessing Game Answer

Just to let everyone know that the picture was of Hannah. Good guessing everyone.

Christmas

This one is heavy, how does Santa do it?

And if we just peek in here...

I heard that it is better to eat the paper first

For Christmas this year we packed up ourselves and the kids and loaded up a few presents and headed over to Lovell to spend it with the Hendershot side of the family. We all had a great time. The drive over wasnt as fun. Bryan decided that it would be best that we left Monday night instead of Tuesday morning so that we could beat the storm, but actually we ended up right in it that night. So a 3 1/2 to 4 hour trip turned into 5. One goodt hings was that the kids finally fell asleep after we got off of the mountain and slept the rest of the way. We pretty much just hung around the house except on Christmas Eve we went over to Powell and helped Sariah celebrate her 7th birthday at McDonalds that morning. Hannah had a great time climbing on the equipment. I was surprised that she sat down and ate some breakfast. For Chirstmas we had gotten the kids a Tree House Climber and since we did not want to haul it over to Lovell Bryan put it together Sunday and Hannah woke up to it Monday morning and played on it all that day. And had to drag everyone who came over down to watch her play on it. I hope that everyone else had a wonderful Christmas and that you this New Year brings you much happiness!

Guessing Game

Hayden

Hannah

Bryan was looking through some pictures and found a picture that confused him he was not sure which of his children it was. I thought it would be fun to see how many people know the Hendershot Clan children.

Who am I?

Santa and Winter Weather

This last weekend was our ward Christmas party and of course they had a special visitor, Santa. Hayden of course did fine he sat on Santa's lap no problem, but when we went to put Hannah and Kaitlyn on his lap Hannah started freaking out which of course made Kaitlyn start to freak out so needless to say we were unable to get a picture. This is of Grandma carrying them away with there gift boxes.
There are days that I love living in Wyoming and then there are days that I wake up and question why I am still here. Especially since I hate the cold. Saturday afternoon temperatures dropped and since then we have been below 0, yesterdays high...-9. I am looking forward to Wednesday when we are supposed to be back up in the 20's.

Choices

I have had time to ponder on one of the wonderful gifts our Heavenly Father gave us and that is our agency and our ability to choose for ourselves. I recently caved in to the craze of Twilight, I went and watched the movie and then read the book. In the book there is a character that can see future events and as long as the people keep making choices that take them to the future event it happens, but if a different choice is made then it changes the future all together. I think that relates to life. We were sent down here to prove ourselves and return to Heavenly Father. I am sure that before we came down we had a plan outlined with all the right choices that we were going to make. But as we became old enough to decide for ourselves we realized that it wasnt as easy to always make the right choice and sometimes ended up off course and on a different path. We then had to make a series of good choices to get back on course. It seems that it is a neverending cycle b/c there will always be a time that we make choices that are not always right and take us off course for a little bit until we are able to find the right path again. I am very thankful for all the good choices I have made and for the blessings that I have recieved from them.
